- Tracking: A courier tracking number will be sent to you via SMS/WhatsApp as soon as your package leaves our facility.
🔄 Easy Exchanges (No Cash Refunds)
We want you to love your jewelry! While we do not offer cash refunds or bank reversals, we make exchanges simple:
- 7-Day Window: You can exchange your item or convert its value into Store Points within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the invoice.
- Exclusions: Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Custom/engraved pieces and sale items are also final sale.
✨ Plated Jewelry Care Reminder
Our gold and rose gold-plated pieces feature premium plating over genuine 925 Sterling Silver. To protect your investment and prevent natural fading, avoid contact with perfumes, sanitizers, and water. Natural wear-and-tear of plating is not eligible for exchange.
