At Ridhi Design Studio(ridhi.lk), we take immense pride in crafting and sourcing high-quality jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue under our fair return guidelines.
1. Return & Exchange Windows
Defective or Damaged Items: Must be reported to us via call / WhatsApp at (+94) 771 589 555 or email at info@ridhi.lk within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video or clear photo evidence.
Change of Mind / Exchanges: We offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria below.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet these strict criteria:
The item must be completely unused, unworn, and unaltered in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, tags intact) and stones (if any) are intact along with the original purchase invoice.
Jewelry sets or bundled items must be returned in their entirety.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Following standard Sri Lankan jewelry trade practices, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive physically defective:
Earrings: Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, all earrings are strictly final sale.
Custom/Bespoke Orders: Any jewelry made-to-order, resized specifically for you, or engraved with custom text.
Sale/Clearance Items: Any items purchased during a promotional sale period.
Plating Fading: Items returned simply because the gold or rose gold plating has begun to fade through usage over time.
4. No Cash Refunds (Exchanges & Store Points Only)
Please note our strict policy regarding returns:
No Cash/Bank Refunds: Under no circumstances do we issue cash refunds or bank account reversals for returned items.
Direct Exchange: You may exchange the returned item for any other piece of the same or higher value currently available in our store (you will just need to pay the price difference if the new item costs more).
Store Credit / Points: Alternatively, we can convert your item’s value into Store Points / Store Credit. These points will be tied to your customer account and can be used like cash on any future purchase on our website. Store credit points are valid for [Choose: 3, 6, or 12] months from the date of issue.
Deductions: Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. The value of your exchange or store points will be calculated based solely on the product price, excluding shipping costs.
5. Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, or a structural manufacturing defect), Ridhi Design Studio will cover the cost of return courier shipping.
For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is fully responsible for paying the courier charges to safely send the item back to our headquarters.
